Pinochle Results at the CENTER

Pinochle is played most every Saturday night at the Oroville, WA, Senior Center starting at 7:00 p.m.

Senior Center Break In

Raleigh Chinn was called at midnight, Friday, 2/3/23 as someone was reported to have “broken into the Senior Center” by the neighbor of the Center to the south.

Upon inspection of the Center by a police officer from the City and a deputy Sheriff, myself and the neighbor, found a set of keys in the far east bathroom. The keys belonged to Hilary Myers. On that set of keys along with her keys were the following: 2 front door keys, 1 side door key and 1 storage closet key. Those keys are now in the possession of Raleigh Chinn. He returned Myers’ keys to the Police Dept.

When asked, I told the police officer and deputy to file charges.

A fallow up - Hilary Myers took a check out of the Senior Center Checkbook in the possession of Treasurer Devvorah Clark and forged my name (Raleigh Chinn) in the amount of $400.
